2 tsp pink himalayan salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp kashmiri chilli powder
1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder
1/4 tsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp amchur/dry mango powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp ajwain
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 green chilli
handful of fenugreek leaves (methi leaves)
ghee as needed
2-3 tbsp of water to help knead the dough.
