Will anything ever be okay? | क्या कभी कुछ ठीक होगा?

There are times when things aren’t going really well in our lives and we are losing hope, we go to our friends, family and partner just to hear the same thing “everything will be okay”. But will it ever be? It is highly doubtful.
In this video I discussed how we can become resilient by understanding the necessity of polarities – the good & the bad, okay & not okay. We can’t make our lives better by just asking for it, we have to face the atrocities and then only can we survive and bear this brutal world.
