In today’s video I am sharing a what i eat in a day Indian when I do intermittent fasting, just everyday home cooked Indian food, intermittent fasting meal plan ideas for weight loss. I hope this gives an idea how to eat healthy and how to include healthy fats in your diet especially if you are intermittent fasting.

Breakfast: 9 AM
Moringa Uthappam With Samai Rice Dosa Batter https://bit.ly/2ObjUIt
Ingredients:
Handful of moringa leaves, handful of shallots, 2 green chilies, 1/2 tsp, pink himalayan salt, 3-4 ladleful of little millet dosa batter, desi ghee – 5 gms
12 PM Snack : watermelon
Lunch: 1:45 PM (i close my eating window at 2 pm)

Ingredients:
1 green chilli, 1 carrot, 1 mooli (radish), 1/4 ginger, 1/2 tomato, 10 shallots, handful of curry leaves. Grind this coarsely
1/2 cup makkai atta (yellow corn meal), 10-12 black peppercorns, 1/2 tsp turmeric, 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder, 1/3 tsp ajwain, 1/3 tsp kashmiri chilli powder, 1/2 tsp pink himalayan salt, 5 gm desi ghee
Channa Salad: 1 cucumber chopped, 1 green chilli chopped, 1/2 onion chopped, 3-4 tbsp boiled channa (chickpeas), 1/2 tsp roasted jeera powder, 1 tbsp homemade coconut vinegar https://bit.ly/31aByB9
