Breakfast:
Ragi Roti with Dill Leaves, Moringa Tomato chutney with pottu kadala (protein rich chutney)
Lunch:
Kerala matta rice (single polished, hence the specs of bran in the rice), amaranth thoran (cheera thoran), Mochai (field bean/flat beans) masala curry.
Dinner:
Mooli and Sattu Paratha, onions, Mochai masala curry.
