Weight Loss Drink – Diet Plan To Lose Weight Fast – Skinny Recipes

weight loss diet drink, poha buttermilk or poha chaas is a traditional healthy weight loss drink, which will keep you fuller for a longer time and help you to lose weight. It is low in calorie and is gluten free, light on the stomach, and easy to digest. This diabetic friendly drink can be had in between meals or before and after meals and also helps to keep blood sugar levels stable. This diet drink also helps to lower cholesterol.
This is a perfect drink to have when you are following any of my meal plans.
Ingredients:
poha/aval : 1 1/2 tbsp
homemade curd: 1/4 cup or about 4 tbsp
garlic: 1 clove
ginger: 1/4 inch
a handful of coriander leaves
1 sprig of curry leaves
1/4 tsp jeera/cumin seeds
3 peppercorns
1 green chilli
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
shallots/cheriya ulli: 2-3 chopped
