Veg soup ingredients:
1 ear of corn
3 1/2 cups water
1 tsp Pink Himalayan salt (salt as needed)
1 carrot
2 springs of spring onion
3 beans
1 stalk celery
1 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (use acv with the mother)
1/2 tsp pepper powder
2 sprigs of moringa leaves (optional)
Note: The ground sweet corn will give a thickness to the soup and this is a perfect dinner option.
