1:10 – To Make Peanut Sauce ”
2 tsp Oil
2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)
1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
5 tbsp Water
2 tbsp Peanut Butter (unsweetened)
1 tsp Light Soy Sauce
1/2 tsp Jaggery Powder
1/8 tsp Lemon Juice
3:05 – To Make Vietnamese Sring Rolls :
2 Cucumbers (deseeded & sliced)
2 Carrots (ribboned)
100 Lettuce (hand-torn)
Hot water
100 gms vermicelli mung noodles
200 GM’s Tofu (tossed in soy sauce and stir-fried)
Rice pepper sheet
Water
1/2 cup Mint Leaves (chopped)
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves (chopped)
1/4 cup Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
