keto diet, low carb quick vegetable stir fry is an easy and healthy dinner recipe for weight loss and can also be had as a side dish for lunch or dinner, its gluten free and vegan #skinnyrecipes #nisahomey
Ingredients:
1 head of broccoli
2 fresh carrots
100 gm mushroom
10-15 shallots
8 to 10 garlic cloves
6-7 green chilies
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp coconut vinegar or apple cider vinegar
2 tsp roasted sesame seeds

Notes: It is best to use a well seasoned cast iron cookware to make stir fry as heat retention is more and that helps to cook the veggies pretty fast.
This is an ideal keto friendly meal – those not on keto diet can have with roti or rice
You can use any fresh and tender seasonal vegetables of your choice
The reason why I added vinegar after the flame is turned off is to maintain the healthy bacteria in the vinegar. Very high heat may destroy it. The homemade vinegar and ACV has healthy gut friendly bacteria.
You can add in 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper towards the end if you prefer.
Mushroom can be avoided and can use other sources of protein like beans, green peas etc.
