Vinegar / Lemon Juice – 1/2 tsp
Water – to knead a soft dough
Dry Flour – to dust & sprinkle
Oil – 6 tsp
Filling: Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 1 tbsp
Red Chili paste – 1 tbsp
Onion – 1 med
Carrot – 1 Medium
French Beans – 4-5
Salt – to taste
Pepper – to taste
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp (1/2 if dark)
Cabbage – 1 cup
Boiled Noodles – 1 cup
For Slurry – Maida & Water
Oil – to deep fry
