Get flat belly in 5 days with turmeric/हल्दी and honey mix, belly fat burner, quick weight loss with turmeric tea mix
ingredients:
turmeric tea diy mix – 4 tbsp
honey – 4 tbsp

have 1/2 – 1tsp of the mix on empty stomach in the morning, can have a glass of lukewarm water along with it.
If you are new to turmeric you can start by having 1/2 tsp and slowly increase to 1 tsp.
This will help with weight loss, bloating, thyroid, pcos.
Those with diabetes should avoid honey.
You can give 1/2 tsp to children as well.
Have this for a week and then take a break for 1 or 2 days and continue.
