1 tsp – Salt
1 and 1/2 tsp – Sugar
1/4 * 3 tsp – baking soda (3 for three layers)
1 – Carrot
1/2 cup – spinach/palak
Water as needed
Oil for greasing + tadka
1 tsp – rai/mustard seeds
