But of course, pike and extend is one that’s always sure to drive super impressive results.
Here’s how it’s done:
• Start by lying face up on a mat while keeping your arms overhead and legs extended over your hips.
Now, crunch up with your hands going toward your feet.
• Now, with your legs straight, bring your arms back overhead while lowering your upper back and left leg toward the ground.
• Crunch up and at the same time, lift your left leg over your hips and reach your hands toward your toes.
Just switch legs and repeat. Try to do 20 reps on both legs/sides.
