In this video i will be showing you how to make Easy Chicken Roast/ Marinated Chicken Roast.
This recipe is easy and tasty and it can be served as a party starter or as a side dish. It goes well with rice and chapati.
INGREDIENTS:
For Marination :
1 kg chicken , washed and drained
1/2 cup curd
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp red chilli powder
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tbsp coriander powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
For Cooking:
2 tbsp oil
1 sprig curry leaves
