Tandoori Dhokla Recipe – Instant Spongy Nylon Khaman without ENO – CookingShooking

Ingredients:
Water – ½ cup
Citric Acid – 1 tsp OR Lemon juice – 3 tsp
Sugar – 3 tsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Yellow color – 1 pinch
Yellow chilli powder – ½ tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Besan – 130g
Oil – to coat tin
Baking soda – ½ tsp
Water – 1 tbsp
Tandoori Marinate for Dhokla – Red chilli paste – 2 tbsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Chat masala – ½ tsp
Dahi / Curd – ¼ cup
Mint Leaves – 1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp
Dahi – 2 tbsp
Mustard oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – ½ tsp
Oil – to cook
