If you want to sleep better at night then these 8 exercises will help your body prepare naturally for the sleeping phase:
1. Lateral Steps
2. Arm Circles
3. Bird Dog
4. Side Bends
5. Prayer Pushes
6. Plank (Yes, I know… but you still need to do it!)
7. Bridge
8. Leg Hugs
And then repeat exercise 1 to 6 one more time.
Your body will then be more inclined to fall asleep after this mild physical effort but also more relaxed as it stretched its muscles with this workout routine.
