Rice – 1 Cup (long grain)
Water – 1 liter
Star Anise / Chakra Fool – 1 ( or one pinch garam masala)
Salt – to taste 1 tsp
Haldi Powder – ½ tsp
Oil – 2 tsp
Capsicum – 1 cup (colorful)
Babycorn – 2 pieces thin sliced
Carrot – 1 fine chopped
Onion – 2 chopped
Paneer – 75g fine chopped (or tofu/mushroom/meat)
Garlic – 2 tbsp chopped)
Salt – to taste
Pepper – ½ tsp
Curry powder – ½ tsp (or pinch of garam masala & ¼ tsp coriander powder)
Fresh Coriander – 1 tbsp
Water – 2 tbsp
