Ingredients:
1/4 cup Flavourless Oil
15 Kashmiri Chillies, soaked
5 Salem Gundu Chillies
5 Guntur Chillies, soaked
15 Garlic cloves, sliced
1/4 cup Spring Onion whites, sliced
1/4 cup Celery, sliced
1-1/2 inch Ginger, finely minced
1/2 cup Water
2 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
Tomato Ketchup
1/4 tsp Black Pepper powder
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Vinegar
Salt

Method of preparation:
In a mixer jar, add soaked chilies, water and grind them into a fine paste.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, ginger and fry them.
Add spring onion whites, celery, chili paste and cook it until it starts leaving oil.
Add water, increase the flame, add soy sauce, tomato ketchup, black pepper powder, sugar, stir well and add salt.
Switch off the flame and add vinegar.
Our Homemade Schezwan Sauce is ready.
