Ingredients for Rice Upma and Peanut Chutney:
For Upma
Rice – 1 cup
Ghee – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Onion – 1 chopped
Carrot – 1 chopped
Beans – 2-3 chopped
Frozen peas – 2-3 tbsp
Salt – as per taste
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Water – 2 1/2 cups
Lemon – 1/2
For Chutney
Oil – 1 tbsp
Peanuts – 1/2 cup
Asafoetida – a pinch
Red chilli – 4
Tomato – 1 large
Salt – a per taste
Water – to grind
