———————– STEP BY STEP ————————
Instant Rava Uttapam is a very quick and instant uttapam recipe made using rava/sooji/semolina, yogurt and lots of veggies. This is done in less than 30 minutes.
[Step #1] Add 1 cup semolina/Rava/Sooji/Suji. 1 cup curd, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 2 chopped Green chilli to a large bowl and mix well. Set aside for at least 5 minutes.
[Step #2] Heat up a pan over medium heat. Drizzle few drops of oil an wipe it using a tissue/napkin.
[Step #3] Pour 2 ladleful of batter to the pan and spread. Cook for one to two minute.
[Step #4] Optionally drizzle few drops of oil before turning up side down the uttapam. Cook for another minute on the other side.
[Step #5] Take the uttapam out and make the rest in the same way.
[Step #6] Serve it with any chutney of your choice.
