Asafoetida (hing)- 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Roasted masala powder – 1 tbsp
Cooking oil – 3 tbsp
Roasted Masala Powder –
Cumin seeds – 2 tbsp
Fennel seeds (saunf)- 2 tbsp
Dry red chilli – 6
For dough :
All purpose flour – 3 cups
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Cooking oil – 3 tsp
Warm water for kneading
For Aloo Curry:
Potatoes – 4
Soaked dry peas – 1/2 cup
Green chillies- 2
Dry red chilli – 2
Asafoetida-1/4 tsp
Panchforon – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Roasted masala powder -1 tbsp
Cooking oil – 3 tbsp
