Ingredients:
Matcha tea powder: 1 gm (1/4 tsp – ordinary spoon or 1 scoop of matcha scoop).
Boiled Water: 1 cup ( 70 -80 degree C)
TIPS: Note that if you have more than 1 gm, you may have some side effects like diarrhea, dizziness, irregular heart beat etc. You can slowly increase it to 2 gm or even a little more.
