Rice Flour – ¼ cup
Red chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander Stem – 1 tsp
Salt – to taste
Oregano / Mixed Herbs – 1 tsp
Garlic powder – 1 tsp
Melted butter 2 tbsp
Water – as required for a batter
Oil – to deep fry
