White / Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Oregano Mix – 1 tsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
Water – ½ – ¾ cup

Maida – 1 cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 ½ to 2 tbsp (less oil = more crispy ; more oil = flaky)

Cheese – ¼ cup
Water – to seal
