Personality trait: Conscientiousness (Orderliness, discipline and hard-work)

This is the third video in this series on the personality psychology which mainly revolves around the personality model called “The Big 5”.
Conscientiousness is the personality trait that is concerned with self-discipline, hard-work, aim for achievement and it is a positive predictor of life success. People who are high in this trait tend to lean more towards conservative political views, positive religious/spiritual beliefs and stable occupations. They follow the rules but you can’t have much fun with them because they will judge you and notice every detail. These are the same people with whom you can’t even eat or sit comfortably.’
Hyper-conscientiousness can make a person compulsive and a perfectionist but having a decent score in this trait keeps you stable and satisfied.

3. Personality trait: Conscientiousness
