??UPDATE: 1 tbsp of this cashew mayonnaise is just 36 calories!! For a recipe you may need just 1-2 tsp of this mayo. Remember it is oil free, soy free, and eggless. Its is perfect for those with health issues like diabetics, thyroid, pcos etc.
I used vinegar to enhance the flavour and taste, however if you do not have organic (non synthetic vinegar), you can skip it.
This mayo stays good for 4-5 days in the fridge, but try to make it fresh??
