This is non traditional mango pickle recipe and it is not like Manga Achar. It is new recipe that I have developed to pickle my green raw mangoes.
This mango pickle recipe is crispy and tangy, balanced in flavor and mildly spicy. It is very addictive. Besides, it is quick and easy to make, doesn’t require frying or roasting, it only take about 10 minutes to make.
