Mutton Hara Keema / Hara Keema masala is one of the most loved recipes for non- vegetarians. It’s Green Masala / Chutney made with Methi & Green Chilli, adds a nice flavor and lovely green color to the Mutton keema. Serve this spicy Mutton Keema with Naan/Roti/Pav.
Ingredients –
– 2 Tbsp Oil
– 2 Tbsp Ghee
– 3 onion (chopped)
– 3 Bay Leaves
– 1 Inch Cinnamon stick
– 2 Star Anise
– 1 Black Cardamom
– 10 Black Peppercorns
– 1 Tbsp Ginger Paste
– 1 Tbsp Garlic Paste
– 1 Kg Mutton Mince
– 1 Tbsp Coriander Seeds Powder
– 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds powder
– 1 Cup Yogurt (Beaten)
– Salt
– 1 Bunch Coriander Leaves
– 10 Green Chillies
– 1 tsp Garam Masala
– 3 Dried Red Chillies
– 2 Tbsp Mint Leaves (chopped)
