1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Flour
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
4-5 Tbsp Water
300 gm Button Mushrooms (washed , dried & cut into halves)
Oil for deep frying
1 1/2 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Garlic (minced)
1 Tbsp Ginger (minced)
1 Bulb Spring Onion (sliced)
2 Green Chillies (slit)
1 Capsicum (sliced)
1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tsp Tomato Ketchup
1 Tbsp Water
Salt
1 Tbsp Corn Flour
1 Tbsp Water
Spring Onion Greens (chopped)
1/4 tsp Vinegar
