How to make and fold samosas at home – Ingredients:
Moong Dal – 2 tbsp
Maida – 1 ½ cup
Salt – ½ tsp
Oil – 3 tbsp
Water
Coriander Seeds – 3 tsp
Cumin – 2 tsp
Fennel – 2 tsp
Cloves – 2
Cardamom – 1
Kashmiri Red Chili – 4
Kasoori methi – 1 tsp
Black pepper – 1 tsp
Amchoor Powder – 3 tsp
Black Salt – 2 tsp
Besan – ¾ cup
Oil – 3 tbsp
Cashew – 10
Hing – 1 pinch
Sugar – 4 tsp
Salt – 1/4
Raisin – 10
Oil to deep fry
