Ingredients :
– 1/2 cup Black Lentils (Masoor Dal) (soaked)
– 2 cups water
– 1/2 TSP Salt
– 1/4 TSP Turmeric Powder
For Tempering:
– 1 TBSP Oil
– 1 TSP Ghee
– 1/2 TSP Cumin Seeds
– 1 Onion (chopped)
– 1 1/2 TSP Ginger (Grated)
– 2 Green Chills (Slit)
– Asafoetida
– 1 Tomato
– Salt to taste
– 1 TSP Red Chilli Powder
– 1 TSP Coriander Powder
– 1/2 TSP Garam Masala
– Coriander Leaves
