Ingredients for Mangore :
Split moong dal – 1 cup
Chopped onion – 1
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
Grated potato – 1
Carom seeds – 1 /2 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli flakes – 1 tsp
Black salt – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Hing – a pinch (optional)
Oil – to fry
For assembling
Hajmola – 2-3
Chat masala – 1/4 tsp
Yogurt – 1/2 cup
Boondi – 2 tbsp
Cumin powder – 1/4 tsp
Sugar – 1 tbsp
Mint chutney – to garnish
