Mango Lassi is a popular traditional yogurt based drink from the Indian Subcontinent. Key ingredients in recipe are yogurt, sugar, dry fruits and mango pulp or fresh mango. This Mango lassi recipe is very quick and easy, I have used alphonso mango in this recipe.
Preparation time-15 minutes
Serving-3
Ingredients:
Ripe mango(peeled, chopped and deseeded)-2(225 gm)
( I have used Alphanso mango)
Yogurt/curd(plain)-250 gm
Sugar-50 gm
Cardamom powder-1/3 tsp
Ice cubes-10 to12
Chopped cashew and pistachio- 2 tbsp
