Lucid dreaming can be a great experience for anyone who wants to live their own life and experience awesome events without the danger of actually being present. In this animated video, I give you a few tips on how you can induce a lucid dream using the MILD and WILD techniques. Mnemonically induced lucid dreaming is probably best for newer dreamers, while wake induced lucid dreaming is easier to perform, but may cause sleep paralysis. Follow the tips in this video for best results. Remember altering your sleeping schedules or any other sleeping factors may cause negative consequences, so try this with your own risk.
