I’m here to save you the headache (and guesswork) of having to estimate how much yarn you’ll need. This is an EASY LONG TAIL CAST ON FOR BEGINNERS as well as seasoned knitters that doesn’t require “estimating” how much yarn you’ll need to cast on all those stitches.
Today I’m sharing my 2 simple methods for long-tail cast on that don’t require you to estimate how much yarn you’ll need to cast on the right amount of stitches. I’ve been knitting for years and this is one technique I wished I would have learned about 12 years ago. Let me know in the comments section if you try these methods and what you think.
