In this video, Life Skills explains Learned Optimism, a book written by Martin Seligman that explains depression, learned helplessness, and how explanatory styles affect your success. Honestly, this book was one of the top 10 that I’ve read this year and was definitely a life-changer. Martin Seligman was one of the first pyschologists to start researching and spreading positive psychology ideas, which doesn’t focus on depression and mental illness.
