Kakori Kebab is one of the Mughlai Seekh Kebab which is made from minced Goat Meat. This kebab was invented by rakabdars of an insulted Awadhi Nawab. Kakori Kebab is specialty of Lucknow and a very delicious and royal mutton seekh kebab!

Ingredients:

For Ground Spice Paste:
– 2 tbsp Oil
– 1 cup Onion (sliced)
– Salt
– 10-15 Cashew Nuts
– 2 tbsp Poppy Seeds
– 2 Tbsp Decicated Coconut
– 1 Mace Flower
– 4-5 Green Cardamoms
– 1 Black Cardamon
– 1 tsp Cloves & Black Pepper Corns
– 1/2 Tsp Royal Cumin seeds
– Saffron strands
– 2 tbsp Raw Pappaya (chopped)
– 1 tbsp Rose Water

– 250 gms Minced Goat Meat
– Ground Spice Paste
– 2 tbsp Ghee
– Nut Meg
– Salt

– 4 tbsp Oil
