For Garlicy Taste – Cabbage – chop fine, 2 tbsp
For Chilly Sauce – NONG Tomato Sauce – 3-4 tbsp
Chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tbsp
Cabbage – grated, 1 bowl
Cauliflower – grated, 1 bowl
Capsicum – 1 small, chopped
Salt – to taste
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Maida – 4 tbsp
Corn Starch – 5-6 + 1 tbsp totally
Oil – to deep fry

Green Chilli – 4 slit
Capsicum – ½ small long cut
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Sugar – ½ tsp
Dark Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Yellow Capsicum – ½ small, long cut
Tomato – 1 small, without seeds long cut
Vinegar / Lemon Juice – 1 tsp
Chopped Coriander – 2 tbsp
Water – 1 cup
