Ingredients:
1 tsp Oil
3 Garlic Cloves (minced)
1 tsp chili flakes
4 Tomato (puree)
Salt
Black Pepper Powder
Oregano
6-8 Button Mushrooms
4 sandwich slices of white bread / whole wheat bread
Corn (boiled)
Green Capsicum, Red & Yellow Bell Pepper (chopped)
Black olives
Mozzarella cheese (grated)
Method:
First , lets make Sauce Add Oil in the pan with Garlic Cloves, Chili flakes, Tomato (puree), Salt, Black Pepper Powder & Oregano. Mix them all and heated in medium flame till the water is completely evaporated and only pure flavored sauce is left, take it on the bowl till it cool down.
Now, saute some Button Mushrooms, switch off the flame and Add salt, Black Pepper Powder mix them with Mushrooms.
Now for the bread, you can take any of your liking for this we are using sandwich slices of white bread / whole wheat bread. First add the layer of Sauce, next will be Mushrooms with Corn, Green Capsicum, Red & Yellow Bell Pepper (for toppings), Black olives & finally Mozzarella cheese (grated) on top of the bread.
Now bake the Pizza for 10 to 15 minutes in the Oven, after which you can serve the Bread Pizza to the whole family & Friends.
