And sometimes it can even result in depression or anxiety. While it might be normal once in a while to fear something, you don’t want it to control your life.
But, before you even think about how to overcome fear and anxiety, you need to acknowledge that they do exist. Don’t try to avoid or run away from them – this will only further propagate things. Once you can admit to yourself that you’re afraid, you can then start to work on conquering your fears.
In the end, though, the only way to overcome fear is by facing it, and doing something about it. It takes a lot of work, but if you’re truly determined to overcome them, you will.
