ingredients:
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup ghee
1 cup organic sugar
1 tsp baking powder
4 cardamom ( seeds only)
a fat pinch of salt (optional).

I used my food processor to blend the dough. You will get 22-25 nankhatai with this recipe. Make sure you keep it in an airtight container, it will keep good for 2 weeks. Enjoy with tea/coffee.
