HOW TO MAKE ALOE GEL AND ALOE WATER

SHELF LIFE – The shelf life of pure aloe gel is a week in the refrigerator. The easiest way to store aloe vera gel is by freezing it overnight in ice cube trays, then store the cubes in the freezer for up to 1 year.
If you have a lot of gel and you want it to keep for a month or two, mix in 500mg powdered Vitamin C or 400 IU vitamin E for every 1/4 cup of gel you have.
