How to keep Arugula Leaves Fresh & Crisp Longer for 5 WEEKS in the fridge, Green Salad leaves Fresh

How to store green leaves in the fridge and it is the best way guaranteed to keep your Rocket or Arugula green salad leaves fresh and crisp 10 times more than usual any other storage method you have ever seen.

Most of us buy fresh bagged arugula salad leaves and they never lasted more than few days in the refrigerator and you find them wilted and slimy.
I have been testing many methods for the long time on how to keep bagged salad greens and veggies fresh after cutting and none of them worked for more than 3 – 5 days and my green leaves get soggy and slimy. And most of the chopped veggies dry out!

Storing fresh rockets or salad greens wrapped with paper towel myth in the refrigerator made things worse and they have dried out and that’s because paper towels absorb moisture from the greens and keep them from getting slimy and once salad green leaves dry out, and they will eventually lose their nice flavour within 3 days.

So, wrapping your fresh produce in dry paper towel and store them in the fridge is not right, because fridge dehumidifier will reduce moisture as a method of cooling and dry out food and suck the moisture out of it, therefore you need to moist the paper towel and blocking the fridge air circulation to go inside the bag or container to prevent your green salad leaves from drying out.
