Ingredients:
Matcha green tea powder: 2 scoops or 1/2 tsp or 2 gms
Hot water: 200 ml
NOTE:
When you first start drinking, start with 1 scoop/1/4 tsp or 1 gram, slowly increase it to 1/2 tsp
For some people drinking matcha tea in the evening may keep them awake, so if you are sensitive to caffeine do not drink it after 3 pm.
For weight loss try to drink it 2-3 times.
Drinking matcha tea on empty stomach may cause some stomach issues if you have a sensitive stomach.
