Ingredients:
Matcha green tea powder: 2 scoops or 1/2 tsp or 2 gms
Hot water: 200 ml
NOTE:
When you first start drinking, start with 1 scoop/1/4 tsp or 1 gram, slowly increase it to 1/2 tsp
