How to do a figure four stretch for a sexy butt.

So you want to lay down on your back. Take one of your legs, cross them over the bottom leg. And then you’re going to pull that bottom leg all the way in towards you. Making sure you keep the leg that’s on top rotated out, the knee stays rotated out. You pull that leg all the way in towards.
You’re going to feel this right away, a deep stretch throughout that glute and that hip area. So pull it all the way in, breathe deeply in through your nose, out through your mouth. Just relax, feel that stretch.
Good, you can hold it there for about 10 to 20 seconds, and then switch to the other side. Same way, make sure you keep that knee turned all the way out. And you bring that leg all the way towards you as far as you can, really getting deep stretch in the back of that leg, the glute area, the outer hip area. And then just release it.
