It wouldn’t be wrong to say that there is nothing but now. Everything is happening at this moment. The past is the “now” that we’ve experienced. The future is the “now” that we’ve yet to experience and the present is the “now” that we’re currently experiencing. But what plagues most people is the depression of the past or anxiety of the future.
