How To Apply Dark MAROON LIPSTICK

Many of us want to try out a bright lip color but are not really sure of what to do for the rest of the makeup. Not everyone is good at applying a flawless makeup. To be able to carry the bold lipstick, one has to ensure that the rest of the face has a blemish free look. To rock the bold lip color, it is important to keep the rest of the look neutral. The key to good makeup is to focus on only one feature at any given time.

Steps to get the right look:

# Prep up face with moisturizer, primer, transparent powder.

# Use a light blusher on the cheeks.

# Using your finger, blend in a copper gold eye shadow on the eyelids.

# Now use a fluffy brush to ensure it’s blended in evenly.

# Using the fluffy brush, blend in the eye shadow under the lash line as well.

# Use a dark brown eye shadow and fill in the crease. This defines the eyes even more.

# Coat the lashes with mascara.

# Now for the lips. Use a fine lip brush, start drawing out the lines from the cupids bow area and line the lips with a dark maroon color.

# Using the same brush, start filling in the lips.

# Complete the lip look with a lip gloss just to give it a light shine.
