easy, low cost, homemade chocolate peanut butter in 1 minute in an indian mixie/mixer grinder, sugar free natural peanut butter is better than nutella, skinny recipes for weight loss #skinnyrecipes #weightloss #nisahomey #peanutbutter chocolate peanut butter is a healthy recipe option for kids snacks, to spread on toast for breakfast, healthy snack for bachelors, students etc.
Making peanut butter is very easy in an Indian mixer grinder and takes just under 1 minute to make. Buy raw peanuts from the market and roasted it well on a tawa and it is ready to make low cost and healthy peanut butter at home. Plus it helps to keep you fuller and helps in weight loss and weight management.
Ingredients:
Peanuts: 2 cups (roasted and de-skinned)
1/4 tsp pink himalayan salt
3 tbsp cocoa powder (I used cadburys)
1 tbsp virgin coconut oil
1/4 cup jaggery/gur
———-
Note:
To sweeten more, you can add extra 1-2 tbsp jaggery or dates while grinding. Pls avoid adding refined sugar.
This peanut butter stays upto 2 months in the fridge or maybe even longer if stored in an airtight glass container.
It stays good at room temp for 3 days, I recommend you to keep in the fridge to prevent any mould formation.
