How to make Vegetable Hara Kebab – Ingredients:
Oil – 1 tbsp
Jeera – 1 tsp
Cashews – 5-6 split, + 15-20 split pieces
Onions – ¼ cup chopped
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Capsicum – ¼ cup chopped
Green peas – ¼ cup
French beans ¼ cup chopped
Jeera powder – 1 tsp
Black salt – ½ tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
White pepper powder – ¼ tsp
Chat masala – 1 tsp
Coriander – 2-3 tbsp chopped
Green Chilli – 2-3 chopped
Palak / Spinach – 2 bunches / 150g after cleaning
Water – 2 tbsp.
Nutmeg – one pinch grated
Potato – 3-4 boiled, peeled, and mashed
Paneer – around 75 gm grated
Breadcrumbs – ¼ cup + for coating
Salt – to taste
Roasted besan/Sattu – 2 tbsp
Oil – to deep fry
