Ingredients:
For Sugar Syrup
1 ½ cup Water
2 ½ cup Sugar
Saffron
¼ tsp Green Cardamom powder
For Gulab Jamun
2 cups Hariyali Mawa
3 tbsp Milk powder
3 tbsp Arrowroot powder
¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
Ghee for frying
Method of preparation:
For Sugar Syrup
In a vessel containing water, add sugar, cook it until it forms one thread consistency.
After switching off the flame add few strands of saffron, green cardamom powder, mix well.
For Gulab Jamun
In a add hariyali mawa, milk powder, arrarot powder, all purpose flour, knead it into a dough.
Heat ghee in a vessel, make small balls of the mixture and fry them.
Transfer it to the sugar syrup directly after straining the ghee.
Transfer the gulab jamuns into a serving bowl and keep it aside for 2 hours.
