Ingredients:
(Serves 2)
– 250 gms Chicken (boneless)
– 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
– 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
– 1 tsp Red Chilli powder
– 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
– 1/2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
– 1 tbsp Curd
– Salt
– 1/2 tsp Cumin Seed Powder (roasted)
– 1 tsp Coriander Seed Powder (roasted)
– 1 tbsp Oil
– 1 tbsp Butter
– 1/2 cup Corn Niblets
– 1 cup Yellow Bell Pepper (diced)
– 200 ml Orange Juice
– 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
– 1 tbsp Mustard Paste
– 1 tsp Vinegar
– 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
– 2 tsp Sugar
– 1 tbsp Olive Oil
– 2 tbsp Honey
– 1/2 Lemon Juice
– Salt
– 1 bunch Lettuce
– 1 cup Iceberg Lettuce
– 1 Tomato (chopped)
– Onion (sliced
– Cucumber (chopped)
– 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
– Salt
Method:
1. Take boneless chicken in a bowl, add ginger paste, garlic paste, black pepper powder, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, curd, salt, roasted cumin seed powder, roasted coriander seed powder, oil and mix these well. Keep it aside for 10-15 minutes for marinate.
2. Grill these chicken on a grill pan on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
3. Add butter on it and coat each piece with it.
4. Once the chicken is almost grilled, add corn niblets and diced yellow bell pepper.
5. For the dressing; take orange juice in a bowl, add garlic paste, mustard paste, vinegar, black pepper powder, sugar, olive oil, honey, lemon juice, salt and blend this well.
6. Tear some bunch of lettuce in bite sizes. And take it in a plate.
7. Add iceberg lettuce, chopped tomato, sliced onions, chopped cucumber, sprinkle black pepper powder and salt.
8. Take the corn nibltes and yellow bell pepper off the flame. Add them in the plate as well.
9. Check if the chicken is done and place them on the salad as well.
10. Finally pour the dressing on the salad.
Your Grilled Chicken Salad is ready to be served!
